Dr. Leo Lander is registered in both Australia and New Zealand as a Specialist Periodontist. He graduated as a dentist in 2005 and completed his training as a specialist in 2016 at the University of Otago New Zealand. In between, he has also completed an M.B.A degree. Dr Leo is also heavily involved in medical research of stem cells. The results of his work are published in the prestigious journal Nature Biotechnology. And as if that was not enough, Dr Lander has 2 years of full-time hospital-based Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training under his belt - so in case surgery is required, you are in good hands!

Dr Lander has undergone extensive training both locally and internationally, and possesses a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating gum diseases, ensuring the health of your gums and supporting structures. We use the latest techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to provide advanced periodontal therapies that promote long-term dental wellness.

Dr Leo is also a dedicated international educator in his field - in 2021 he launched his "No-Bull Perio" course for general dentists and hygienists. As the name suggests, his approach to teaching and treating gum disease is 100% "no-bullshit" - therefore many hundreds of oral healthcare professionals have taken the course so far, from all over Australia, New Zealand and Singapore!

Our main focus is to provide patients with a healthy smile, which can’t be achieved without a healthy periodontium (gums). We believe that natural teeth are preferable to an artificial replacement. However, sometimes missing teeth need to be replaced with implant retained prostheses.
